A brief overview
2.1. YourService is an online Đ latform that connects Employers with Specialists. When you visit Platform, you provide two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by YourService and Platform use information collected by YourService as you interact with Platform.
2.2. When you register with Platform as a Specialist or as an Employer, you provide certain personal information, including, your name, your email address and your address. Additionally, when you establish your profile as a Specialist or as an Employer you will provide information relating to your skills, experience, education level, compensation, work availability, geographic region and self-evaluation. Such information does not identify the specificity of the individual member. Specialists are not required to, but have the option to display their contact information (i.e. name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) to Employers who conduct searches of the Specialist database.
2.3. When you enter the Website, YourService collects your IP address. This information is gathered for all Website visitors. In addition, YourService stores certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. YourService uses session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, YourService uses a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you return to the Website. YourService`s Users must have cookies enabled on their browser.
Note: Cookie preferences are set within each browser's Internet options/preferences.
2.4. If you post information on a bulletin board, or participate in a public message board, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. YourService is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

3.1. By visiting the Website, using the Application and continuing to use it, you confirm that you accept this Privacy Policy, as well as acknowledge and agree to the collection, use and processing of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

6.1. "Personal Data" is information about an individual from which that individual is either directly identified or can be identified. YourService may use third-party internet services (third-party technologies) to organize the collection of statistical personal data; third-party internet services provide storage of the received data on their own servers. YourService is not responsible for the localization of servers of third-party online services. At the same time, such third-party internet services (third-party technologies) installed on Platform and used by YourService may install and read cookies from the browsers of the end users of the Website or use web beacons to collect information during advertising activities on Platform. The procedure for the collection and use of data collected by such third-party internet services (third-party technologies) shall be determined independently by such third-party internet services, and they shall be directly responsible for compliance with such procedure and use of data collected by them.6.4. Why do we process information automatically?
We process the data to improve the Platform. Such data is transmitted by the User's device from which the User opens Platform. Such data are automatically processed and used for statistical purposes exclusively by YourService. After some time this information is deleted.
YourService does not compare the information provided by the User independently and allows to identify the subject of personal data with statistical personal data obtained during the Application of such passive methods of information collection.
6.5. Aggregated data
We also collect, use and share âaggregated dataâ, such as statistical or demographic data for a number of purposes. Aggregated data may be derived from your Personal Data, but once in aggregated form it will no longer constitute Personal Data as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Behavioural Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Platform feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your Personal Data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as Personal Data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
6.6. Special categories of personal data
We do not knowingly collect any âspecial categories of personal dataâ about you (this includes, for example, details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, information about your health, genetic and/or biometric data, and information about criminal offenses and convictions).
We advise you not to share any of that data with us (for example, through our support chat function) or other users of the Platform (for example, through the user-to-user chat function). However, should you choose to share such data with us or other users of the Platform, you consent to us processing such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
6.7. What happens if you refuse to provide necessary Personal Data?
You do not have to provide any Personal Data to us. However, where we need to process your Personal Data either to grant you access to the Platform or to comply with applicable law, and you fail to provide that Personal Data when requested, we may not be able to provide you access to the Platform. For example, we need your email address in order to register your account on the Platform.

8.6. Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.)
Sign in with Apple is a registration and authentication service provided by Apple Inc. In cases where Users are required to provide their email address, Sign in with Apple may generate a private relay address on behalf of Users that automatically forwards messages to their verified personal email account - therefore shielding their actual email address from the Owner.

8.7. Facebook Oauth

Children's Privacy
9.1. Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We use Google Analytics tracking to review visitor website activities and information, including page views, source, time spent on our website, demographics, and interests. Additionally, we use the User ID extension for Google Analytics to help associate multiple sessions with a unique ID. The collected information is depersonalized and is displayed as numbers, meaning it cannot be tracked back to individuals. This will help to protect your privacy. Using Google Analytics, we learn how to give you a better visitor experience.
15.4. Using Google Ads conversion tracking codes, we can see which web pages help lead to different conversions on YourService. This allows us to better use our paid advertising budget.
15.5. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads Remarketing features to log when visitors view specific web pages. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future.

Further Information for Users in the European Union
20.1. This section applies to all Users in the European Union, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (the âGDPRâ), and, for such Users, supersedes any other possibly divergent or conflicting information contained in the privacy policy. Further details regarding the categories of Data processed, the purposes of processing, the categories of recipients of the Personal Data, if any, and further information about Personal Data can be found in the section titled âDetailed information on the processing of Personal Dataâ within this document.
20.2. Legal basis of processing
The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:

20.3. Further information about retention time
Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Usersâ consent. Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Ownerâs legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Where the User objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the Personal Data will no longer be processed for such purposes. 20.6. How to exercise these rights
Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. Such requests are free of charge and will be answered by the Owner as early as possible and always within one month, providing Users with the information required by law. Any rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restriction of processing will be communicated by the Owner to each recipient, if any, to whom the Personal Data has been disclosed unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
