Your privacy is extremely important to YourService. We are committed to protecting your Personal Data (as that term is defined further below). We want to be transparent with you about how we collect and use your Personal Data in making our website https://yourservice.ae ("Website") and mobile applications (“Application”) all together, it is hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", available to you and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how YourService collects and processes your Personal Data through your visiting and use of this Platform.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

   1.1. The Platform is operated and owned by YOUR SERVICE - FZCO ("YourService", "we", "our", "us").

   1.2. YOUR SERVICE LLC - FZCO is a company established under the Dubai Silicon Oasis – Free Zone regulations, UAE.

   1.3. Our address is at DSO-IFZA Property FZCO Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. A brief overview

   2.1. YourService is an online Рlatform that connects Employers with Specialists. When you visit Platform, you provide two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by YourService and Platform use information collected by YourService as you interact with Platform.

   2.2. When you register with Platform as a Specialist or as an Employer, you provide certain personal information, including, your name, your email address and your address. Additionally, when you establish your profile as a Specialist or as an Employer you will provide information relating to your skills, experience, education level, compensation, work availability, geographic region and self-evaluation. Such information does not identify the specificity of the individual member. Specialists are not required to, but have the option to display their contact information (i.e. name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) to Employers who conduct searches of the Specialist database.

   2.3. When you enter the Website, YourService collects your IP address. This information is gathered for all Website visitors. In addition, YourService stores certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. YourService uses session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, YourService uses a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you return to the Website. YourService`s Users must have cookies enabled on their browser.

   Note: Cookie preferences are set within each browser's Internet options/preferences.

   2.4. If you post information on a bulletin board, or participate in a public message board, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. YourService is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

3. By visiting the Website and using the Application, you accept this Privacy policy

   3.1. By visiting the Website, using the Application and continuing to use it, you confirm that you accept this Privacy Policy, as well as acknowledge and agree to the collection, use and processing of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

   3.2. You understand that this Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and your Service.

   3.3. If you use the Platform as a legal entity or on behalf of a legal entity, you declare that you have the authority to legally bind this legal entity with obligations.

   3.4. Moreover, you express your consent to the Policy and to the processing of personal data as well as to the automatic processing of cookies by filling any forms and sending your personal data to us.

   3.5. If you do not agree to comply with this Privacy Policy, you do not have the right to transfer or use Personal Data, then you must immediately stop using the Platform and leave the Website.

4. We may make changes to this Privacy policy

   4.1. We may make changes to these Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice to you. The new version of the Privacy Policy becomes mandatory for users from the moment it is published on the Website.

   4.2. The new version of these Privacy Policy will be made available on this page. If you are an existing Registered User, we may also notify you of any material update to these Privacy Policy via email (for example, where we are legally required to do so).

   4.3. Any revisions to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately once posted on this page.

   4.4. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check these Privacy Policy to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions regarding the collection, use and processing of your Personal Data.

5. The language of this Privacy policy

   This Privacy Policy may be published in different languages. If that is the case and there are any inconsistencies between versions, the English language version will prevail.

6. Personal data we collect from You

   6.1. "Personal Data" is information about an individual from which that individual is either directly identified or can be identified. It does not include ‘anonymised data’ (which is information where the identity of an individual has been permanently removed). However, it does include ‘pseudonymised data’ (which is information which alone doesn’t identify an individual but, when combined with additional information, could be used to identify an individual).

   The Personal Data we collect directly from you is outlined in the table below.

Behavioural Data	Inferred or assumed information relating to your behavior and interests based on your activity on the Platform. This is most often collated and grouped into ‘segments’ on an aggregated basis.
Technical Data	Internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website or use our services.

6.2. Information Collected while Using the Application

  While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Information regarding your location

• Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

  We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our service. The information may be uploaded to the YourService's servers and/or a service provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

  You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

  6.3. What files are collected in automatic mode?

  Automated data collection takes place in relation to the current connection in terms of statistical information:

• User IP address;

• User ID assigned by the Website;

• pages visited;

• number of page views;

• information on navigation through the pages of the Website;

• duration of the user session;

• entry points (third-party sites from which the User follows a link to the Website);

• exit points (links on the Website that take the User to third-party sites);

• User's country;

• User's region;

• time zone set on the User's device;

• User's provider;

• User's browser;

• User's OS;

• screen parameters (resolution, color depth, page positioning parameters).

  With respect to the registered Users of Platform, information may be collected regarding the use of ports on user devices in order to detect suspicious activity and protect users' personal accounts.
  YourService may use third-party internet services (third-party technologies) to organize the collection of statistical personal data; third-party internet services provide storage of the received data on their own servers. YourService is not responsible for the localization of servers of third-party online services. At the same time, such third-party internet services (third-party technologies) installed on Platform and used by YourService may install and read cookies from the browsers of the end users of the Website or use web beacons to collect information during advertising activities on Platform. The procedure for the collection and use of data collected by such third-party internet services (third-party technologies) shall be determined independently by such third-party internet services, and they shall be directly responsible for compliance with such procedure and use of data collected by them.

  6.4. Why do we process information automatically?

  We process the data to improve the Platform. Such data is transmitted by the User's device from which the User opens Platform. Such data are automatically processed and used for statistical purposes exclusively by YourService. After some time this information is deleted.

  YourService does not compare the information provided by the User independently and allows to identify the subject of personal data with statistical personal data obtained during the Application of such passive methods of information collection.

  6.5. Aggregated data

  We also collect, use and share ‘aggregated data’, such as statistical or demographic data for a number of purposes. Aggregated data may be derived from your Personal Data, but once in aggregated form it will no longer constitute Personal Data as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Behavioural Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Platform feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your Personal Data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as Personal Data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  6.6. Special categories of personal data

  We do not knowingly collect any ‘special categories of personal data’ about you (this includes, for example, details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, information about your health, genetic and/or biometric data, and information about criminal offenses and convictions).

  We advise you not to share any of that data with us (for example, through our support chat function) or other users of the Platform (for example, through the user-to-user chat function). However, should you choose to share such data with us or other users of the Platform, you consent to us processing such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  6.7. What happens if you refuse to provide necessary Personal Data?

  You do not have to provide any Personal Data to us. However, where we need to process your Personal Data either to grant you access to the Platform or to comply with applicable law, and you fail to provide that Personal Data when requested, we may not be able to provide you access to the Platform. For example, we need your email address in order to register your account on the Platform.

8. Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

   8.1. We allow You to create an account and log in to use the Platform through the following Third-party Social Media Services such us:

  8.2. If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.

  8.3. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

  8.4. Facebook Authentication

  Facebook Authentication is a registration and authentication service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. or by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, and is connected to the Facebook social network.

  8.5. Google OAuth

  Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, and is connected to the Google network.

  Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy; Ireland – Privacy Policy.

  8.6. Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.)

  Sign in with Apple is a registration and authentication service provided by Apple Inc. In cases where Users are required to provide their email address, Sign in with Apple may generate a private relay address on behalf of Users that automatically forwards messages to their verified personal email account - therefore shielding their actual email address from the Owner.

  8.7. Facebook Oauth

  Facebook Oauth is a registration and authentication service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. or by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, and is connected to the Facebook social network.

  Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy; Ireland – Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

   9.1. Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

   9.2. If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

10. How we use Your Personal Data and why

    10.1. We will only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which we collected it as listed below, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your Personal Data for an unrelated purpose, we will update this Privacy Policy and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so (please refer to the ‘Changes to this Privacy Policy’ section below).

11. Who we share Your Personal Data with

We do not permit our third-party service providers who process your Personal Data on our behalf to use it for their own purposes, and only permit them to process your Personal Data for specified purposes in accordance with our instructions.

We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.

    14.1. We use Mailchimp to send email communications to users. This includes:

• Transactional emails: These include essential service-related messages such as order confirmations, account notifications, password resets, and security alerts.

• Marketing and promotional emails: If you have provided explicit consent, we may send updates about new features, special offers, and promotional content.

  14.2. Users can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

  14.3. User Rights and Opt-Out Options

• Under GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent for marketing emails at any time.

• Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal data, including email addresses used for marketing.

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that allows you to opt out immediately.

  4. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for advertising purposes. Any third-party service providers used for email communications process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with this Privacy Policy

15. Tracking and Analytics Tools

    15.1. We use various tracking and analytics tools to monitor and analyze user activity, improve our services, and personalize user experience. These tools include but are not limited to:

• Google Analytics

• Firebase

• Appsflyer

• Yandex.Metrica.

  15.2. These third-party tools may collect and process data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browser details, session duration, and user interactions with the Platform.

  15.3. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of YourService. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. We use Google Analytics tracking to review visitor website activities and information, including page views, source, time spent on our website, demographics, and interests. Additionally, we use the User ID extension for Google Analytics to help associate multiple sessions with a unique ID. The collected information is depersonalized and is displayed as numbers, meaning it cannot be tracked back to individuals. This will help to protect your privacy. Using Google Analytics, we learn how to give you a better visitor experience.

  15.4. Using Google Ads conversion tracking codes, we can see which web pages help lead to different conversions on YourService. This allows us to better use our paid advertising budget.

  15.5. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads Remarketing features to log when visitors view specific web pages. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future.

  1. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve YourService ads on third-party websites based on past customers' past visits to Platform.

  2. We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on a user's past visits to Platform.

  15.6. We may also collect information when you access our service via a mobile device ("usage data"). When you access our service via a mobile device, this usage data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We collect and use this data in aggregate form to provide and maintain our service, to gather analysis to improve our service, to monitor the usage of our service, and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

When you download a YourService app, YourService may use the following services to collect and analyze customer data in an aggregate and non-personalized format: Cloud Functions for Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crash Reporting, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Dynamic Links, Firebase Hosting, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Predictions, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase, Remote Config, and ML Kit for Firebase.

  15.11. Visitors can opt out of cookie tracking on our website by going to the website footer, selecting "Cookie Settings," and selecting "Reject All."

  15.12. Visitors can opt out of tracking on a YourService app by not logging in to the app and then deleting/removing the YourService app.

  15.13. Visitors can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google Ads Settings.

  15.14. Visitors can control how Google tracks activity by visiting the My Google Activity page. Additionally, visitors can delete previous Google activity using this page.

  15.15. Visitors can opt-out of having your activity on Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics.

16. Third party links

    This Platform may include links to third party websites and applications. Clicking on those links will take you off-Platform and may allow third parties to collect or share your Personal Data. When you leave our Platform, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website and application you visit.

17. How we keep Your Personal Data secure

    17.1. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost or altered, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way.

    17.2. We limit access to your Personal Data to those employees and other staff who have a business need to have such access. All such persons are subject to a contractual duty of confidentiality.

    17.3. We have put in place procedures to deal with any actual or suspected Personal Data breach. In the event of any such breach, we have systems in place to mitigate any impact to your privacy and to work with relevant regulators.

    17.4. The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

18. How long We store Your Personal Data

    18.1. We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as we reasonably need to use it for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (for example, for regulatory purposes).

   Although we generally do not charge a fee for exercising your rights, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee in cases where requests are excessive or unfounded.

   If you would like to make a complaint regarding this Privacy Policy or our practices in relation to your Personal Data, please contact us. We will reply to your complaint as soon as we can.

20. Further Information for Users in the European Union

    20.1. This section applies to all Users in the European Union, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), and, for such Users, supersedes any other possibly divergent or conflicting information contained in the privacy policy.
