Account Deletion & Data Deletion

YourService respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to delete their account and request deletion of their personal data.

How to Delete Your YourService Account

You can delete your account directly from your YourService account settings:

1. Log in to your YourService account.
2. Open Profile.
3. Go to Security.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the account deletion.

If you cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:

support@yourservice.ae

Please include the phone number or email address associated with your YourService account so that we can verify your identity and process the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, where applicable, including:

• Your name and profile information
• Email address and phone number
• Profile photo
• Account and authentication information
• Saved account settings
• Personal location information associated with your account
• Other personal information associated with your user account

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by applicable law, including information necessary for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Accounting and financial records
• Fraud prevention and security
• Resolving disputes
• Enforcing our agreements
• Protecting the rights and safety of YourService and its users

Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose.

Facebook Login

If you registered or signed in to YourService using Facebook Login, deleting your YourService account will remove the YourService account and personal data associated with it.

Deleting your YourService account does not delete your Facebook account.

Data Deletion Requests

If you want to request deletion of your personal data without deleting your entire account, please contact us at:

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
